Guess that's what you get for trying to be a nice guy. All you wanted to do was save the world -- rescue kittens out of trees, babies from burning buildings, get the girl out of the bank robbery. And if you fight a few supervillians, destroy a few radioactive monsters, and get a little publicity in the process, so be it! You're gifted, and you only wanted to use them for good. So typical that no one would understand.

Governments world over weren't ready to handle you or your peers. Reparations after you and your superfriends went tearing through were growing, while public opinion of your good deeds were going down. The city you swore to protect was turning on you. It started in the smaller cities, but soon superheroes from every continent were being rounded up and moved. In the end, they were all caught, even those who tried to resist. Stamped with a threat rating and implanted with a tracking device, you and all your fellow heroes have been relocated -- where, you can't say; why -- you don't know. But now you've got to find a way to make it work, living in the worst sort of prison: Suburbia.
